By downloading the Mostbet APK, iOS app, or Windows desktop client distributed via the Mostbet India download service, by using any official mirror URL, by registering an account, or by making a deposit, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any clause, do not download or use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
• You must not reside in a restricted jurisdiction (USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Israel, Australia, others listed in the geo-restrictions policy)
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of Venson Ltd or affiliates
• One account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multi-accounting results in permanent ban and forfeiture

2. Download Distribution

• The Android APK, iOS app, and Windows desktop client are distributed free of charge from this portal and other official Mostbet domains
• The APK is signed with Venson Ltd's verified certificate. Modified, repacked, or third-party APKs are not supported
• We do not authorize APK downloads from third-party aggregators (APKPure, APKMirror, etc.)
• The desktop client is distributed via signed Microsoft Authenticode certificates. Reject any installer that triggers SmartScreen warnings — those are not ours
• The app is provided "as-is". Compatibility with rooted Android, custom ROMs, jailbroken iOS, or non-standard Windows configurations is not guaranteed

3. Mirror Site Usage

• Mirror URLs listed on this portal are official backups operated by Venson Ltd routing to identical servers
• Your account, balance, bonuses, KYC status, and VIP coins persist identically across all mirrors
• Using a mirror is not a violation of these Terms — it is the supported method of accessing the platform when ISP restrictions affect a specific URL
• Third-party "Mostbet" sites that ask you to re-register or re-deposit are phishing clones, not official mirrors. Report suspected clones via live chat
• We do not endorse VPN use to circumvent geo-restrictions (different from ISP DNS bypass — geo-restriction bypass violates these Terms; ISP bypass via mirror or public DNS does not)

4. Account Registration

• Registration data must be accurate, complete, and current
• You are responsible for credential security. We recommend biometric login + 2FA
• Notify support immediately via in-app live chat if you suspect unauthorized access
• We may suspend or close accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulator request

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Min deposit: ₹300 (UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay), ₹400 (AstroPay, USDT), ₹1,200 (BTC)
• Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited
• Withdrawals require completed KYC (Aadhaar + PAN + address proof + selfie)
• Min withdrawal ₹500. Max ₹9,00,000 (crypto) or ₹1,00,000 (UPI/bank) per transaction
• Processing: 24 hours for UPI/PhonePe/Paytm/crypto; up to 5 business days for bank transfer
• Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for transactions over ₹1,00,000 per AML obligations
• No platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Bank or payment provider fees may apply

• Bonus abuse — multi-accounting, exploit-driven betting, coordinated patterns — results in instant forfeiture
• Mirror access does not grant additional bonuses; one welcome offer per player regardless of which mirror you sign up through
• Bonuses cannot stack unless the offer explicitly permits

7. KYC and AML

Mostbet operates under Curacao eGaming License No. 8048/JAZ2016-065 and complies with international AML standards. Required Indian player documents:

• Aadhaar Card (government photo ID)
• PAN Card (tax ID)
• Address proof (utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old)
• Selfie holding Aadhaar Card
• Source-of-funds for deposits or withdrawals over ₹1,00,000

Failure to complete KYC within 7 days of request results in account suspension and fund hold.

8. License & Operator

9. Prohibited Activities

• Collusion, match-fixing, coordinated betting
• Automated betting tools (bots, scripts, AI assistants)
• Money laundering; transaction structuring to evade AML thresholds
• Fraud — chargebacks, identity theft, impersonation
• Exploiting software bugs or mathematical errors
• Reverse-engineering, modifying, redistributing the APK, iOS app, or desktop client
• Creating phishing clones of mirror URLs
• Spam in live casino chat

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Tax for Indian Players

Under Section 115BB of the Income Tax Act, gambling winnings are taxable at 30% (plus surcharge and cess) on net winnings above ₹10,000 per transaction (TDS provisions). Indian players are responsible for reporting and paying tax. Mostbet may deduct TDS at source where mandated. Consult a tax advisor for personal circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mostbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the platform, app, desktop client, or mirror URLs. Total liability is capped at the account balance at the time of claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service — outages, scheduled maintenance, mirror rotations, and third-party disruptions may temporarily affect availability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Curacao law. Indian consumer protection provisions apply where they confer non-excludable rights on Indian residents. Disputes fall under Curacao courts' exclusive jurisdiction except where Indian consumer law overrides.

14. Amendments

We may amend these Terms. Material changes are emailed to registered users and posted in-app and on this page. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
